What are your skincare tools made of?

Our tools are curated for their high-performance cooling properties and ergonomic design. We select materials that provide a smooth, professional-grade glide across the skin to assist with lymphatic drainage and tension relief. While we prioritize a weighted, high-quality feel, we focus on the functional ritual results rather than specific mineralogical certifications

How do I care for my Oracle Essentials (Candles)?

To ensure the longest life for your candle (40+ hours), keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch. On your first light, allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the amber jar. This prevents "tunneling" and ensures every drop of our 100% natural soy wax is utilized.

Are the electronic tools covered under warranty?

Yes. Any electronic beauty tools (such as LED or high-frequency wands) are covered for 1 year against technical defects. If your tool fails to charge or function upon arrival, please contact us for a replacement.

II. THE PASSAGE (Shipping & Tracking)

How long does the journey take?

At The Beauty Oracle, we move with intention.

  • Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for our partners to prepare your order.
  • Shipping: Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

My order is arriving in separate packages—is this normal?

Yes. To ensure you receive each tool as quickly as possible, items may be dispatched from different specialized fulfillment centers. Your candle may arrive a few days before your skincare tools.

III. THE RECIPROCITY (Cancellations & Refunds)

Can I cancel my order?

We offer a small window for change. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has "crossed the threshold" into our fulfillment system or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What is the "Delivery Guarantee"?

We stand by the journey of your tools. If your order has not been successfully delivered or remains unclaimed after a specific period, we will issue a full refund:

  • U.S. Shipments: Refundable after 45 days of non-delivery.
  • Global Shipments: Refundable after 60 days of non-delivery.

How do refunds work?

If a refund is approved (due to damage or non-delivery), it is automatically issued to your original payment method.

What if my ritual tool arrives damaged?

If your amber jar is shattered or your tool is defective, the Oracle will restore the balance. We provide a Free Replacement for any item damaged during transit.
